为进一步推进琴澳多元化解纠纷机制的融合发展，拓展与澳门学术界的深度合作，5月7日上午，澳门大学法学院环球法律学系专家教授一行莅临我院开展学术交流活动。此次交流不仅是我院与澳门法学界深化联系的重要举措，更是在我院与澳门大学签署合作框架协议基础上的又一落地活动。

A delegation of experts and professors from the Global Legal Studies Faculty of Law of the University of Macau(UM) visited the Zhuhai Court of International Arbitration(ZCIA) on the morning of May 7 to carry out academic exchanges. The seminar is themed “The Practice of Diversified Dispute Resolution Mechanism in Hengqin and Macau”. This seminar is not only an important measure for the ZCIA to deepen its ties with the legal community in Macao, but also another activity based on the MoU signed between the ZCIA and the UM. It will further promote the integrated development of the diversified dispute resolution mechanism between Hengqin and Macao and expand in-depth cooperation with the academic community in Macao. 

座谈会上，我院党组书记、院长余学旺表示，横琴作为粤澳深度合作的前沿平台，肩负着探索具有国际影响力的多元解纷机制的重要使命。近年来，珠国仲持续推进机构改革，整体能力稳步提升，率先引入临时仲裁机制，并于今年4月28日正式发布《琴澳仲裁合作平台仲裁规则》，为粤澳仲裁规则衔接与制度融合迈出了关键一步。在规则制定过程中，澳门大学法学院唐晓晴院长及其团队给予了高度关注与专业指导，提出了诸多建设性意见，有力保障了规则的科学性与前瞻性，我院对此深表感谢。

At the seminar, Yu Xuewang, the President of the ZCIA, said that as a frontier platform for in-depth cooperation between Guangdong and Macao, Hengqin is tasked with the important mission of exploring a multiple dispute resolution mechanism with international influence. In recent years, the ZCIA in Hengqin has continued to promote structural reforms. It took the lead in introducing the ad hoc arbitration and issued the Hengqin International Arbitration Center Arbitration Rules of the Hengqin-Macao Arbitration Cooperation Platform on 28 April this year, which is a key step towards the convergence of the arbitration rules of Guangdong and Macao. The ZCIA appreciates that Tang Xiaoqing, Dean of the Faculty of Law of the University of Macau, and his team gave many constructive advice on the Rule.

余学旺院长指出，澳门大学作为国际知名高水平学府，法学院学术积淀深厚、师资力量雄厚，长期在区域法治建设与国际法律研究方面发挥着重要作用，是珠国仲在推动湾区法治融合道路上的重要合作伙伴。下一步，珠国仲将以此次交流为契机，进一步深化与澳门大学法学院在联合课题、人才培养、规则创新等方面的务实合作，推动建立常态化、高水平的协作机制，共同助力横琴打造面向国际的新型争议解决高地。

Yu Xuewang pointed out that the UM has a profound academic accumulation and excellent faculty. The Faculty of Law of the UM has played an important role in building the rule of law in the region and international legal research, and is also an important partner of the ZCIA. Next, the ZCIA will take this seminar as an opportunity to further deepen cooperation with the Faculty of Law of the UM in areas such as joint research projects, talent cultivation, and so on, to jointly assist Hengqin in building a new international dispute resolution hub.

澳门大学法学院院长唐晓晴在发言中表示，珠国仲在制度建设、机制创新及区域法治合作方面成效显著，为澳门青年法学人才提供了宝贵的学习与实践平台。他指出，澳门大学法学院始终致力于高质量法学教育，既注重本地法律人才的培养，也秉持开放包容的国际视野，与欧洲及葡语国家保持着长期稳定的合作关系，拥有来自莫桑比克、意大利、澳大利亚、葡萄牙等国家的多元师资队伍，许多教授深耕仲裁领域研究。他特别提到，学院毕业生和在校学生有机会在与珠国仲的合作项目中获得实践锻炼，有多位教授、学者更是长期关注澳门及横琴企业的仲裁实践，体现了双方合作的深度与成效。展望未来，唐院长期待在课题共研、案例互通、人才培养等方面进一步拓展合作维度，深化仲裁理论与实务融合，共同推动琴澳法治融合迈上新台阶。

Tang Xiaoqing said that the ZCIA has achieved significant results in institutional development, mechanism innovation, and regional legal cooperation, providing a platform for young legal talents in Macau. He noted that the Faculty of Law of the UM has always been committed to producing creative and socially responsible graduates with a global mindset and international competitiveness. It has maintained a long-term and stable cooperative relationship with Europe and Portuguese-speaking countries, and its faculty members are from outside Macao, such as Mozambique, Italy, Austria, Portugal, and other countries, and many professors are deeply engaged in arbitration research. He specifically mentioned that graduates and current students of the UM have the opportunity to gain practical experience through cooperation projects with the ZCIA, and that several professors and scholars have been closely following the arbitration practices of companies in Macao and Hengqin. Mr. Tang expressed his hope to further expand the scope of cooperation in areas such as joint research on topics, exchange of cases, and talent cultivation, deepen the integration of arbitration theory and practice, and jointly promote the integration of the rule of law in Hengqin and Macao to a new level.
